Who posted about the "spice" site with the pepper corns etc?

I got my order in today and let me tell you , the stuff rocks! whole vanilla beans are cured very well, the pepper variety is fantastic.

I used 2 of them (peppers) tonight in a pepper encrusted pork tenderloin with smoked sea salt and seared on the grill...

Whole nutmeg and I cant wait to try the cinnamon (so aromatic it is taking over my spice cupboard)

Living in the midwest has its pro's and con's..

produce, meat etc is almost always fresh and could be as little as 100 miles from where it was grown.. BUT..
when it comes to specialty foods or spices for that matter, I think they get all the left over stuff from closed stores...

and dont call me Suzie
