Who makes this fender?

I really enjoy my 'Busa but aren't real crazy about the front fender. I came across this picture of a really awesome bike and was wondering if anyone here can ID the maker of the front fender? Thanks in advance for the assistance and ride safe.

quick search online for "hayabusa euro fender" and i found this...
