Which motor mod is best for me?

I have a 03 hayabusa motor in a offroad race car. I cant use a turbo or nitious for racing. Which motor mods would be best for me? I need to stay as reliable as a stocker and keep or gain the low to midrange power due to the weight of the car. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

The rules are 1650cc or less. I already have it geared way down.
