Your comments in several of your posts are not very "Family Friendly". No, I do not post 20 times a day. Many people do. The people who have post over 1k usually have an Icon of a bucket of popcorn or something else useless to get the high number.

Yeah My attitude OK fair enough, I have an attitude I type what I think. But In this capacity I had been nothing but patient over the last few days... I don't think ANYONE else should be banned. I don't recommend ANYONE get's banned because they don't agree with me, Hell if that we're the case Diesel would have been gone LOOONG ago. BUT you KNOW WHAT? So, bottom line is that we have a max 21 Mods to monitor and assist, chide if required over 17k members. And 21 assumes that all Admins and mods are active on the boards...

Sometimes I wonder if we think that the mods are attacking us as individuals - but how much crap are they dealing with behind the scenes let alone what gets brought out into the open? These people are volunteering thier time, effort and energy to run the board under the Cap's and VaBusa's supervision - why do we constantly feel the need to antagonize and attack them? Not saying that they don't go a little overboard sometimes - we all do - but how much crap can we push on a Mod and expect them to take? Isn't this at the heart of what cause Rubb to back off and take a break?

Actually Shawn there are only 2 active admins, Captain and VABUSA.

They are the only ones that can deal with user issues (banning, blocking, unblocking etc.)

so 2 people to handle all the members


as far as moderators go there are 8 of us moderators which as far as I know are all active.

give you an idea of why Andy was going nuts? all the work he was doing and all he got was crap from people.

That is why in the past I just whacked threads and peoples posts without explanation. I don’t have time to explain to someone why what they did is stupid or not acceptable.

So when one of us mods or admins go out of our way to explain to someone where they went wrong, that is us being nice, because we don’t have to and we often don’t have time to.

And then when someone does something against the rules, and we explain it to them and they STILL want to argue the point. Well there is only so much you can do before you hit the “whack a moleâ€￾ button.
