where to buy water wetter?

Im about to flush and change the radiator fluid tonight for the first time and im going to use water wetter, from doing searches it seems to be the best bang for the buck comapred to engine ice, but i dont know where to get it, can you get it at a local auto parts store or do you have to buy it online?
