When To Change Head Bolts?

I have a couple of questions, bike is a 2000 busa. i'm putting the motor back together. the head bolts have @ 25,000 miles on them. should I put new head bolts in it this time ? motor is stock bore 2000 with a gen 1 ghetto kit running a 10 lb spring with water inj. and a .080 spacer. and should I use a base gasket on top and below the spacer? I heard the base gaskets are .010 thick each. that's .010 + .080 +.010 for a total of .100 . motor has stock ex. cam sprocket. ape adj. int. set at 105 degrees. the shop who put it together last time just put Suzuki bond on the spacer and no gaskets.
so my questions are...
head bolts ?
base gaskets ?
thanks

Install studs in any case.
The stock bolts eventually may lead (i personally am sure it will, don't ask me how i know...)
to a burned head gasket.
ARP are top notch but the APE studs will also do the job with less money
(i have installed the APE studs).

Although the factory main and head bolts aren't "torque to yield" I've had several instances where a bolt has taken a significant more amount of turn to get to torque meaning, the bolt was stretching.

Use APE, or ARP HEAD STUDS, and you'll never have to worry about head bolts again.
