they actually are When the bumper gets to high there is a law that covers it I a, pretty sure.

Mechanical downside: Friend put 30's on his H2, I warned him, told him to get bigger rotors calipers an pads. Sure enough, he slammed on the brakes real hard an snapped the rotors, an then took it with those wheels on for warrenty work
