Whats your age and size

I work with two dumbells that weigh only 20lbs each. I do 9 different exercises with them but I do some over and I do a lot of reps. I used to lift heavier. but as people above said joints do wear out over time. I used to carry 205 pounds most of my adult life but 170 feels good these days.
The worst thing you can do are behind the neck military presses with a bar & those over head parrel tricep bar presses in my pinion. Those joints were not meant to work at those positions with a lot of weight period.

Zero shoulder issues. After this routine I'm not even sore.

Seals shouldn't really matter, leaking or not.
Just that he's 50+lbs over what stock fork springs are rated at.
He looks a lot bigger than weight claimed. I go 235 -240 that’s only 10/15 pounds & he is taller & Bigger no offense, my bike doesn’t squat like that. Seals? Yes I have a dark sense of humor....

Hey, easy. Some of us are sure we can be hurt, we just use size to our advantage to avoid it whenever possible!

Nah, not big guys in general.
Just the big guys with a chip on their shoulder...much like any size guy with a chip on their shoulder, only worse.
I'de rather fight a guy twice my size that just "knew" he was gonna wipe the floor with me, vs someone my size or smaller who knows better than to underestimate anyone(as I do).

I can relate, I am usually underestimated (which suits me fine as I'd rather not prove any different).
I've found myself in situations where someone wants to prove something, and I'm the standard they've chosen to measure themselves by. People think that being a bigger guy prevents people from wanting to start sh!t. That is not always the case. If I've heard "Oh you think you're tough because you're big" once, I've heard it a thousand times!
