You can get it in Ti , 25mm x 1.5mm same as rear axle , just got to consider the height of nut , relative to not used thread length .

Don't reckon it is , If I was you , I would go standard Suzuki for this part .

I do not know the Suzuki part no . , but it is a bolt 320mm from start of shaft from flanged hex head to end of thread . It is M12 X 1.25 mm pitch , and is factory nice because it is hollow . You can buy this bolt and a lot of other bolts singly from DME , but not cheap .

Can that bolt come directly out? Does other crap have to be removed or will anything fall apart if that bolt is pulled then put in with a new one?

That bolt can come straight out , the lock collar on nut side is only removed when you want to drop the motor out on any of the engine support bolts .
