What's the best 1/4 mile tire out their..

I have not yet made it to the track yet being that I don't have a suit and the other saftey gear but want to get a really good tire for the track. I am running a Shinko Stealth now but it's not the ultra soft, I just want to see what the 1/4 mile guys recomend and what at what air pressure to run the tire at while at the track..

Shinko Hook UP is the way to go if you are mostly dragracing at the track. if you do a lot of street riding and street racing i would go with the michelin power one. im running the hook up on my busa 69+ wheel base it hooks great 14-14.5lbs cold

I'm running a power one on mine set at 15 psi. I've heard nothing but good things about the hook up though. Schnitz is having a sale on power ones until the end of the month for $199.

I run a Shinko Hook Up and it does just that, I have got some spin a few times but it was when I didn't do much of a burnout and/or the track was cold. I'm swb and run around 18 psi usually
