Whats everyone using for gps and mounts?

I'm thinking of getting a GPS for the Busa, and need some input on the matter. I don't want to tie up a pile of money in it, I don't need the best of the best. I also need mounting suggestions. Any thoughts or pics ?
FWIW, I have heli'bars and a genmar, if it matters.

This is what I'm using:
I had a bar clamp RAM mount, 1.5" arm and cradle for my Iway 350C that I used on my Honda 1800. Instead of ordering a stem mount and adapting it to what I had, I fabbed a cross bar for my tank bolts, and removed the u-bolt from the bar clamp to bolt it to the cross bar. It works perfect; the gps rests right over the triple tree and doesn't block anything. I suggest you give RAM mounts a look.

I don't have a GPS (wasn't quick enough for yours

)
But I do have my phone and MP3 player mounted with a stem stand... here's a pic
