Gen1 12,120miles, completely stock other than undertail?

Paints in good condition, they're asking $4500, but am thinking 3700.

You're closer than they are I think. A sixteen year old bike with just 12k on it equals just 750 miles a year or 62 miles a month average. The service history and the number of owners means a great deal to me when buying used. kbb's range is 3,800-5,500.

Worth 4K in my book considering mileage, and said good condition . Nice to find them unmolested.

High book is mint condition no scratches marks etc, new tires new brakes, no wear and tear of any kind. all fresh fluids just like from the factory floor basically. less than 1% fall in this catagory and that price is dealer priceing, not private owner.
