Here's the thing if he wants to sell it then, he will let it go. Right now times are tough u can just about get what u want at a good deal. Stick to what u want to pay. If he needs the money he will contact u back. If he dont tneed the money your screwed, b/c he wont be letting it go. But where 1 deal falls another raises.

Hope it works out for you but I am willing to bet that the thing is probably financed hence the high asking price vs actual worth. But never the less I hope you can increase your stable.
