What is the ideal number of bikes to own?

I'm thinking the same thing. I think I'll add a cruiser to the collection in 3 years probably a "Rocker" or a Night train, and a 600 track bike.
Liked the Rocker until I actually went and looked at one in person. Looks terrible. And 3g's for a passenger seat? :wtf: I'm thinking of something I can take on a long haul with the wifey.
I had 6 ,6 months ago a an 05 ex500 ninja , an 01 zrx1200 ,a 97 cbr 600 f2 , a 99 custom chopper ,a 05 zuma ,and the 04 busa . It was way too many i was damaging stuff just getting everything in and out of the garage and went on a selling spree sold everything listed above execpt for the chopper and bought an 08 busa . Im even selling the chopper and am going to stick with just 1 the only one that matters anyway this one
The problem with having alot of toys is you end up working on them more than riding them...hell I spend more time moving my crap around than riding them.

I'm not bragging in any way! you have to understand that I only have all these toys because I just never sell anything. I bet most people here if they added up all the toys they have had would come up with a list even longer than mine I just have been lucky that I found places to keep them so I didn't need to get rid of them and its not like there all mint....hell I'm lucky to just keep them up and running!
Is it ideal to own this much crap....no, but you bet your ars I have something to ride for almost any situation.

Two now,the busa and my ktm dirt bike.Next year It look's like a ktm 530EXCR dualsport might make the list hopefully.It's hard enough working on 4 bike's(including cindy's 2) and then storing them.
I have six, but only five of them are street legal
