What is ohlins resistor for?

Hi guys,
I just finished putting an Ohlins steering dampener on my 2018 busa (seems to make a big difference so far) but i have no idea where the resistor the kit came with goes or what it does. Anybody know where i plug her in? The instruction manual says something like “plug resistor in to the stock wiring harness and zip tie out of the way”

The Busa doesn't use that , just the dampner itself . It is for electronic factory dampner models .
