What is a good shifting RPM

What rpm is good for shifting when racing, 8000, 9000, 10000, or 10600.  When does the HP or torque start to fall off?

Thank you Shenoyp!! I will set my shift point at about 9900rpms.

My 02 drops off @ approx 10.5 and stops pulling even though red line is higher than that. I guess it's all in the curve.

I'm sure every Busa is going to be slightly + or - what mine is.
