What Did You Do To Your Busa, Today?

Realized I haven't posted in a while. Here comes a pic dump!!
Full on RCC Turbo Ultra system with some modifications installed. Just need to do the straps for the plenum and finalize my fuel system layout. Should be done that this weekend. Then wiring the whole bike for my FMU.

Finally completed the restoration of my 2005 - completely stock, 12000KM. It had been in someone's shed for years unloved and unridden so of course I snapped it up. I replaced most of the sensors, fuel pump and filter, vacuum system, injectors, stator/CKP, and a few other other bits and pieces to get it pristine again. Most of the work didn't need to be done but I did it anyway because I like fiddling and learning about stuff. Replacing the CKP/stator made a huge difference. Runs superb.

Great job bringing it back to life, that's a very nice looking scoot...

A pair of Arashi rear-sets [all the Covid budget will allow] the red matches perfectly with the kanji's on fairings and seat.
Some more spikes [bar ends] I know Mr.Brown likes them. Goes with the "death theme" I have going on.Not a huge fan of the grab bar.The tank protector is going too. Then I put it
to bed its O300. Dumb cover I know..."Hey Mr. Thief, guess whats under here." :banghead: Came with the bike.
Rubb.

Good thing to be doing to keep you busy....

Ordered a new hid ballast and bulb. Change color from 6500k to 5500k. And testing my issue with a new ballast as I am narrowing it down to a potentially bad ballast. Hopefully this fixes my issue, I can warranty the current bad ballast, and have a spare ballast AND bulb on hand.
