Thank you
Thank you bro and that’s how she looks now but she’s in the process of being painted and stuff . I’ll show you once it’s all doneYou could ceramic coat the pipe. It won't look like metal anymore but it will not discolor.
BTW: Is that the bike you have been putting together? That looks amazing brother.
Okay thanks broWizards Metal Polish (Metal Polish Cloth) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005ZGSCYA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_YcB2DbGCA1N84
Ive had a little luck with this stuff on the pipes that was on my intruder 1400.. they were discolored from having the carbs out of adjustment and from age. Brought them back pretty decent and did wonders on all the chrome.
Okay 10/4Depending on the particular method of discoloration, it’s a crap shoot. I’ve tried many different ones with little success on mine. Different metals work with different polishes.
Oh yeah fam no doubt. I gotta get an 08 rear caliper and another brake line. I have a longer arm on there nowWow, I'd be more concerned about the missing brake caliper and rotor than the marks on your exhaust
Oh okay thank youPolishing creams work well for getting spots off, but usually leave a residue that will turn colors fast.
I use medium (red) 3m scotch bright pads to prep stainless for welding. Those dull up the finish on shiny stainless. But if you go over it with a fine (blue) 3m pad it will polish right back up.
Polished stainless exhaust parts are hard to keep looking good. It’s always a good habit to wipe them down with brake clean frequently while cool specially after oil changes or after installing new systems.
