Oh you must be speaking of Spoon Man aka Dolye, aka Captain Morgan, aka DRRRRRRRRRRRRRR1300R. I think he has multiple personalities. They come and go without warning or provocation.

Hey Paul, I saw you heading up 129 towards the C-Rot about 12ish on Sun - we were having a picnic lunch by the suspension bridge with the truck and trailer off to the side of the road...
