It doesn't matter where. You can send the ECU by mail and get it re-profiled and mailed back, just put it back in.

I used MPS Racing in Casselberry, FL. Now that I know of Powerhouse, I'd go there.

That's correct if you're not planning to dyno tune it for your bike. Hard to do that in the mail

He didn't ask about Dyno-Tuning, just re-flashing. The UPS charges would be kinda high for a Dyno-Tune.
