Weight differerence?

sup all Just got a question about subframes ive recently aquired the aluminum one and have installed it on my bike. Can you say what a freakin difference in weight compared to the steel one!!! But my question is what is the exact weight difference? my scale wont read that high, but by feel it seems like a lot

Aluminum weighs roughly 4lbs 2oz; Steel tips the scales at around 11lbs.....................

did you lose any structural integrity by going to the aluminum?
