Just wanted to let you all know that Exotic Cycle is no longer a spnonsor of the site. I typicall do not air out business dealings on the site but when I feel there are terrible business practices I pass it on.
We were contacted by Jeff from Exotic Cycle about advertising, they paid for three months up front. When it was almost time to renew I sent Jeff an email and PM and let him know the day was approaching for renewal. Jeff finally contacted me back and told me that he got a new email address and he never got my message. He told me that they wanted to continue to advertise but forgot the pricing, I shot that information back to them... I went several more weeks and contacted them again to inquire about payment, this went on for several more weeks of no contact. I do my best to work with advertisers because I know they are all super busy but failure to even acknowledge was getting riduculas. I took some time from work and called Jeff and he stated that he would have to talk to the owner, another week and nothing, I called again and he stated that he was really busy but would call me back... Nothing nothing and more nothing....
So at the end of the day Exotic Cycle got 3 months of free advertising and now some more free advertising about their inability to pay what they owe and failure to communicate like our other advertisers. I have locked CDIprecisions account and the account for Exotic Cycle....
While this post is here and we are speaking of business practices let me tell you some great information about a few of our fantastic advertisers...... the following folks have been with us a long time and have done some pretty great things for us.
