Water Pump

so one of the mounts for my water pump slit in half. a bolt broke off and i drilled it and while i was running an extractor into the bolt the mount split. part of the broken bolt is still in there. so what you guys suggest??? how would you go about fixing it??

sorry if it is a basic question...but is the bolt broke off in the engine face or the water pump itself? If it is in the engine try some strong needle nose or a small chisel to work it clockwise in an effort to pop the broken extractor loose...it is a pain when those things break off

its the case. that is a piece of the bolt. the extractor came out fine.

pan back a little and add that photo also if u can

gonna throw a stud in there and fill it in with jb weld. think itll work??? i hope it does. or ill just plug that hole in the case and go electric water pump. cheap fix. lol
