Missed one myself by the other night by less than 20'. Was cruising triple digits and it jumped out of the ditch, fortunately, it kept moving. Needless to say, that slowed things down a bit.

Yeah - I hit a deer in my car last year - made a hell of a mess of the front-end even though it's a saab - i've been very way of hitting one on the bike ever since.
