Its heatin up here in Nor-Cal! 2 weeks ago it was snowing in the hills. I find it odd that the hotest part of the day is about 5:30 pm. I just took this shot about 5 minutes ago and its 6 pm now. In Hawaii at 12 noon its as hot as its gonna be all day.

not sure.....(the usual disclaimer here) but the hottest part of the day is usually around the five o clock mark . The sun's been beatin' all day, then it starts to sink, yadda yadda .
5PM is the hottest part of the day in the vast majority of climates . (insert disclaimer here) .
Maybe,possibly,likely,but not sure . Is that ok...R

It's been raining nonstop here for over a week with temps in the low seventies with 98% humidity. Going riding Sat finally.

Oh yeah he did, and so did we just north of L.A. We had 100 yesterday, and 85-90 today (Wed and Thu). We should have a couple of 110+ days this summer. I love it!

I've been waiting all winter for this heat! You know, the kind of heat like when you open the door of the oven to see what's for dinner and it hits you in the face?

Freaky weather here. Warm would be nice. Been 50-60 max all week and raining on-and-off each friggin' day!

ARGH!

Rain is my nemesis... All of my hobbies don't work in it: climbing, motorcycling, boating, etc...

I need to find some rainy day hobbies... Any ideas? [Besides singing]

Indoor hobbies: Swimming, raquetball, tennis, Ice skating, basketball, volleyball, indoor wall climbing, all sound pretty boring to me when you're used to riding a Busa.
Personally, I'll work in the shop or on my website when it rains.

It's rained almost every day for the last two weeks here. Supposed to clear for the weekend. Temps been in mid 60's to low 70's. Was in the 80's before all the rains hit two weeks ago.

Here in Portugal, it has been about 80 the past few days... but very dry! Too hot to ride full geared. I am starting to leave the leather jacket at home much too often. I hope I won't regret it!

In advanced meteorology we always learned that the sun reaches it's highest point (here in europe with that stinking daylight savings time) at 2pm ... It then continous to grow warmer for another two hours (generally) ... so the (theoretical) warmest period of the day is 4pm
Practically I'd say somewhere between 4 and 5 pm ... so you were dead on rubbersidedown ;)

We rode up to Red Bluff last nite ( about 45 miles ) to the Nitro drag boat show. Very impressive boats! Lots of Hemi's - Small boats+ small 1 seater+ massive V-8's = Goooooo fast! Oh and it was loud. We left at 6pm it was about 100 degrees just couldnt wear gear except for helmet. Rode home at 9:30 felt wierd hot and cool pockects of air, and lots of bugs on my t-shirt. yeeeeeeeeehaw SUMMERTIME!
