I sold my VTX Retro and bought a new ' busa !
IMO , the 'busa is much more fun to ride.
However, both are great bikes .

I have a 02 VTXc 1800 and am trying to sell it. If I didn't have an SE Busa I would trade you in a heart beat. Love your bike.

I am having back problems, That is the only reason I am wanting to trade. I need to loose some weight and that might help. My wide said she would start riding with me also if I bought a cruiser. I have had 2 Busa's and I know what that grin is. If I set rid of mine I will always remember the grin.

Have ya thought of a Vmax........brutally quick for a cruiser/muscle bike........I think they put a VTX to shame.

One word: Valkryie Big, comfortable, 1500cc, handles much better than you would expect. It is also much easier to pick up off of the kick stand than the VTX.
