VFR,Ducati Single sided swing arm mod???

Can the VFR's or Ducati's single sided swingarm be fitted to the Gen 1 Hayabusa...??Has anyone done it before?? If it is possible, what year & model swingarm used???Is it a straight swap? anyone has pictures on this??

Hope that someone can enlighten me on this...thinking about doing the above mod if possible...... Aftermarkets single swingarm are too expensive for me....

waaaay back when I vaguely recall someone doing a VFR arm on a gen1 busa. I honestly don't remember the details though.

I wouldn't think a stock swingarm from a VFR or Duc would be able to handle the stress and power involved ?
