Valve springs in turbo engine

Hello.

I'm building a turbo engine for a gen1 K3.
Ask this question. To what pressure would normally work a standard valve springs? I plan to blow up 20-27 psi. Should I change the springs on the HEAVY-DUTY VALVE SPRINGS?

Get the 60# valve springs thats what I was advised to get and I'm only running 9pds of boost

I have been using the APE 62# springs for 4 years in my turbo which runs at 10 lbs. boost. No problems whatsoever.
