My bike was already dyno-tuned when I bought it so I have don't have any info on the program. It dynoed 164.8rwhp and 100.6rwtq, but that is all I know about it. If it can be programmed to do so, is their anyway of me being able to tell? I have a TRE but don't know if I should install it or not. I guess I could always try it to see. I just though I would ask to see if maybe there was any other way.

If it's custom tuned already, just leave it as is. According to JC, adding a TRE will only make your lower gears run richer due to the 5th gear mapping applied to all gears. I think 5th and 6th have more fuel added via factory pre-programmed ECU to compensate for the RAM AIR. If you're adding TRE to rid the speed restriction, do the GPS (gear position sensor) mod instead. It'll keep your maps (especially that custom one you have in your PCIII) intact. You'll have correct mappings in all gears + no speed restriction.
