Paint looks awesome and if they get that frame painted instead of chopped be off the chain. are the LED's on the outside on the bottom? love the glow of LEDs not to crazy about seeing them. Just my .02 great job

no clue about VA, but the bottom LED's are illegal since the "bulb" is visible.
