undertail questions

I've been looking at a bunch of different undertails and pretty much like the look of the GP-1 and TOPGUN undertails.

I do like the stocker look of the motorhead but not for $330 with lights... way overpriced imo.

Now I found both around $200 painted on ebay, I just don't know if there is a significant difference between either of those... ie are they both fiberglass, is one more visible than the other?

I'm open for suggestions... not dead set on those but right now I think they are my favorites.

I would go for a black undertail, clear markers on an 04 Red Limited bike.
