i went to a car show and this guy had neon lights. they look pretty cool on bikes an i was going to look for some. unfortunaly i cant find em anywere. anyone know wer i can find some(blue or red)

Skip the NEONS Man, The New LEDs will last longer, are brighter, use less power and are super tiny, you can put em anywhere...

If your into building your own.  A place called electronics express has mini ( 1/2" dia X 6" long) blue (and other slower colors) flourescent lights and 12V inverters.  Super light weight, vibration resistant, and will cost you far less, plus you can tuck them anywhere.


Hint: Use High voltage insulated test lead wire so you will not bleed off voltage on long wire runs. Also, enclose the glass tubes in plastic tubes (aquarium supply) and seal ends with blue (or another appropriate color) RTV
