And if someone decent and good gets into office by some MIRACLE, that person will suffer the same fate as JFK, the puppeteers do not like their puppets becoming autonomous AT ALL!
I actually thought Trump could be another JFK and try to really make some changes, ditching the Federal Reserve would be a great start, but it looks he too is hamstrung. He's done some good things with the economy re jobs, but that's about all I can see from over here.

Not sure how anybody can be called an idiot now that Trump is president. Sorry not trying to start a fight but that guy defines moron. If people can work behind Trump to make him successful ( I assume that's what you think is going on), why can't smarter people work behind her? Besides, she was clueless enough to win...…..

I disagree that Trump is an idiot.
He lacks political correctness...and I applaud that. He is not a politician, and he takes no salary. Regardless of one's personal opinion of him, economically, this country is doing well because of him.
F' Iran, and Farrakaun, and all the terrorists that have used this country's politicsl correctness to their advantage.
No different than the migrant caravan, lets use that for an example.
So, 12k people show up, and the Dem's say come on in. But, who's gonna house them, feed them, employee them, let alone screen them to some extent to try and gauge their intentions? The U.S Military, that's who.
I belive in Legal immagration.
Why should they get to line jump ahead of everyone waiting to come here legally?
They broke down the gates in southern Mexico and forced their way past police, and just expected to do the same at the U.S border.
Not that I don't sympathize with their situation, but it's their own sh*thole countries fault. The U.S has propped up Venezaula with billions...and they've done nothing for their own people.
Don't try and barge your way into my country as a squatter. Do it legally.
40% of U.S tax payers pay taxes for100% of U.S citizens...and everyone here illegally.
They are bankrupting healthcare, government and police resources, and committing violent crimes and being released with a slap on the wrist...crimes that would land you and me in prison for decades.
This country has sold out to illegals...for their votes. Liberalism is hippy feel good nonsense.
This countries personal dislike for the man who is currently president, has overshadowed the positive change he has brought.
The race card is always played by the left.
And not to say racism does not exhist, of course it does, and unfortunately, it probably always will.
What's worse, is because I'm a white man who supports Trump, to many, that makes me a racist, which I am not, nor have ever been. I was raised in a 50/50 white and black area and schools.
Racism was practiced by the racists that live there(and everywhere else), the rest of us, black and white, recognized each other for what we all were and are...people.
It only takes one to two generations to completely change the direction of a society, as a majority.
The Democrats of today are not the democrats of our parents and granparents,
the blue collar American worker.
Today's millenial libtards have replaced them. They want socialism, and their ignorance is well represented with Cortez.
Does the "Old White Guard" in DC need to go? Absoloutely. But the Dem's have proved that they don't care how the country suffers as they try to dismantle our system, all the while propping themselves up.
We the Sheeple of America...not I.

I disagree with some of what you're saying, but there's a lot of truth in your statement. We could sit down over a beverage and discuss the differences. Wish more people could solve problems that way.....

I agree, and that there is good and bad in every group, race, religeon, etc.
I am a Christian, and as you can see, a hypocrit and a sinner.

We as a nation have become too sensitive and divided by political correctness.

I also belive that the mix of races and cultures truly Is what makes America great.
But, that by placing your ethnic heritage in front of our own is wrong.
Lets be honest, most of us can look at one another and tell what race we are, or where our ancestors came from( and if not, we should be able to ask politely if we're curious and have respectful intentions).
We need to get over the divisivness of, and in no particular order, Latino American, Asian American, African American, European American, etc, etc..
Sure, again, be proud of what your culture brings to the table, we are a nation of immagrants...but how about just classing ourselves for what we really are...Americans.
As long as we continue to drag up and relive the past, and make alot of the same mistakes as a result, we are backsliding, and all losing, as is becoming more apparent daily.
Socialism and Liberalism are not the answer.
Capitalism works, but fairness and equality needs to be applied in the process.

The system we have is not capitalist in anything but name. Capitalism does work, but this ain't it. Communism is what I think you are meaning when you say socialism, and agreed, it doesn't work. Liberalism is more a political ideology than an economic system, but I think I understand where you're headed with that.
Our "capitalist" government that cries so loudly about national interests and free trade are in fact the ones responsible for the very problems they now complain about. Pursuit of profit is the goal, anything else is merely an afterthought. Globalization occurred as soon as business owners figured out that they could make higher profit margins utilizing foreign labor. When "conservative" elected officials rant about welfare and handouts, they should also be transparent about the corporate welfare for which they advocate every work day. Make no mistake, tax breaks, the farm bill, pork barrel spending, and most of the defense budget are welfare on a huge scale. They support industries, businesses and geographic areas which would fail without this influx of tax dollars. This misinformation is the source of of my frustration, they are clearly in favor of welfare, just not for individuals. Selling themselves as the champions of capitalism is disingenuous at best. On the other hand "liberal" politicians have decided that everyone should get a trophy, and be provided the same things in life, irrespective of their differences. This is equally as ridiculous. Raising the minimum wage won't solve the problem of people not having enough, things will just cost more. Continuing a welfare system that rewards people for failing to better themselves is equally disastrous in consequence as not having a system, it becomes a way of life for generations.
I could go on, but instead I'll finish with this:
I believe we need a social safety net, and for people not corporations.
I believe it's repugnant that ANYONE who has served in the military should have trouble finding food, shelter or clothing.
I believe that everyone deserves equal access to quality healthcare regardless of wealth and income.
I believe that your children should have the same access to opportunity that my children do, regardless of your skin color, where you live, or which God you worship.
I believe that politicians in a representative democracy should represent the interests of the population, not the corporations who can fund them best.
I believe in looking at the things we have in common with each other is better than focusing our differences.
I believe in basic human dignity and respecting others.
That's just me though.....

Hear, hear.
Well said sir.

I like many Canadians watch American TV and news so I believe I am slightly versed on what happens south of our border.

In my opinion, the US is going in the correct direction in re-developing it's own industrial might. I find it appalling that both our nations rely so heavily on off-shore industry to make everything. There are few products today that say "made in the USA or Canada" and this is just wrong.

When the USA entered the Second World War, it brought with it a huge industrial might which tipped the war into the Allied hands, if another world war were to occur(Heaven forbid), that same industrial might wouldn't be available as many of the factories are gone. Detroit looks like a nuke took it out...

President Trump may be many things but if he can get the industrial might back to the USA, he has done his job. All of North America can benefit from this happening.

That ship has sailed. The days of a non-global economy are behind us, like it or not. The U.S. economy is no longer based on industry, it's overwhelmingly service based. The industries you see politicians yapping about saving employ far fewer people than they used to, because these jobs have been outsourced in the pursuit of higher profit margins.
Regarding war, it too has become far less reliant on industry, superior technology will dominate the next large-scale conflict. The U.S. was the dominant industrial force during WWII because it was the only country with the resources (human and material) and infrastructure that could be brought to bear. The rest were destroyed in the early years of the war.
Afterwards it was the only economy left standing.....
