Got a 17 busa in May of 18. Seems like it cuts power when i try to do a 2nd gear wheelie..... also when i drop down a gear and get on it, it lags them comes on....yoshi r77 carbon fiber slip ons ,kn air filter power commander v. Any insight would be appreciated

Disconnect the Power Commander and see if it improves.
Their base maps aren't very good.
With an air filter and slip-ons it should run fine anyway without the PC anyway.

I was under the impression it would run lean without the power commander

Unless your 400lbs plus you should be able to power wheelie in second gear.

with slip on mufflers and an air filter, it's fine.
I bet the current pc map is causing the problems.
Just unplug it, and the problem should go away.

There is a timing retard and a secondary throttle plate restriction in the lower gears, get your ECU flashed to get rid of them and you should be able to flip over backwards in 2nd gear at will. Also an un-dyno tuned PCV is not doing you any favors powerwise.

How do you not do a wheelie? I your bike won't come up on it's own something is definitely wrong.
