Track Tools

Good morning!

What are some suggestions of must-have tools for drag racing an almost stock setup? I am a novice that would drive to the track and practice as-is. I now have a truck and trailer to bring the bike race-ready.

Thanks in advance.

An air compressor, a spanner to adjust rear shock preload, a small flat blade screwdriver to adjust front and rear rebound and compression.
Basic hand tools and common wrench or socket sizes, 8,10,12,13mm for anything that may come loose.
Axle nut socket, 32mm, for chain adjustment.

Allen wrenches
Phillips and std screwdrivers
pliers
adjustable wrench
set of metric combination wrenches
socket and ratchet for the rear axle
spark plug socket and ratchet
compressed air source

fuses
spark plugs
brake cleaner
paper towels
fuel can

As you start adding stuff to the bike like air shifter and nitrous you will want to have extra fittings and hoses.

I am always forgetting stuff. Have a trailer now and leave a lot of it inside. Made a big list last year on a piece of cardboard to remind me of everything. Then I lost it, used it once and haven't seen it since. Generator and fan are important to me, cool the clutch and get back racing faster, forgot my gas once, and nitrous, gloves and about everything else. Even forgot my boots once.
