TPS adjust

Is there any pitures of how to do this ? Trying to see if there is a clear one of the plug and what spots to jump. Thanks

Ok got the plug and the torx locations via manual. The manual says have the engine at operating temps. But my questions are:

Does the bike have to be running when I adjust the screws ?
Do I jump the wire before I start it?
The two screws, is the top one to move the line up and the bottom one to move it down ?

The manual is just vague about this, Thanks. Just want the proper steps to check it and adjust if needed.
