touring 'Busa/hard luggage Q?

I was pleasantly surprised how well it all came together with the bags and brackets. I think Haybusas look pretty good set up this way given it isn't made for touring really. Definitely nice to get all the stuff back off the bike and back into hump mode, though.

Just to clarify, 25 lbs included the bag itself.

I weighed the same also, with the bags full. I'm anal about having the bags balanced for weight, so I spent some time making sure they were equal each time...
