Well today was my first canyon outing on the new GSXR
Exactly what I wanted. Very different from the Busa. My old '03 GSXR1000 just seemed like a lighter, better braking busa. The 750 is much different.
Even though the 600, 750, and 1000 weights are almost identical, the 750 feels much lighter than my old 1000.
Keeping in mind that my Busa is modded for twisty riding, the 750 biggest differences are slow speed cornering(much easier), better brakes, less power(but more forgiving midcorner), and you feel like you are on top of the bike instead of a part of the bike like my Busa feels. The suspension is firmer than my Busa's. And it is not as harsh as my Busa's suspension. Which is a plus.
I'm having to adapt my riding style to fit the 750's frame.
Can't wait until my trackday Jan 20-21.
