To Scam or Not to Scam...

Was on ebay today and saw a 2002 Busa for sale. The pics of the bike did it much justice (as always...). Now, I own a 2002 silver/gray (you know... the fastest Busas ever made

), and I saw a flaw in the picture that makes me question just how pristine this bike really is. If you notice in the picture that the nose and side fairings are from an '02, but the tail section and hump is from an '03 silver/gray which leads me to believe that this bike was in some type of accident where the tail section was destroyed or was unrepairable. Just some thoughts. What do you guys/gals think?

Where's the Kanji on the side panels? Am I missing something?

I think the bike's been "touched up"...but, not sure it's a scam. Might just be a guy that bought it second hand and didn't know any better...

not a scam just it hads been lowered and most likely raced sidestand is shorten bigtime
