timming retard,someone tell me what exactly what this gadget does,i was gonna buy one but a local performance shop told me it would slow me down if it came down to racing.what does this little box suppose to do?
Shop is full of crap. The ecu has fuel maps for each gear. The TRE puts the map in its 5th gear map which is the nicest fuel mixture map. I have it. At idle the bike will run cooler because it is getting richer fuel on idle and all the other gears.
