Throttle Cable Adjustment

I just bought a 2001 busa with 1300 miles and I messed with the cables and now they need to be adjusted. Can anyone help me?

Just tighten it op until you have a small amount of play in the throttle. I think the book says 1/8 of an inch. I like a little less than that myself.

When you take the slack out of them,
Start up the engine (in neutral) and turn the bars lock to lock a few times.
It just makes sure the rev's aren't going to pick up on you in tight turns!

Okay I thought I would change the oil in the bike and as I unscrewed the bolt I mean right after I broke it loose it fell out.... Now what should I do?

When you put the bolt back in be sure to use proper torque spec. I cracked an oil pan not using a torque wrench.
