Throttle body sync

I did a search but couldn't find what I'm looking for. I remember seeing a while back a thread with a really good/detailed walkthrough on doing a throttle body sync. I don't remember who posted it, but it was pretty long and detailed and had pictures and all that. Does anyone know where it is, or who posted it? I'd really like to find it because the service manual is pretty unclear on how to do it. If all else fails I'll try it by the manual. Also, I'd like to check the valves too. I seem to remember a walkthrough on that too. Anyway, if someone knows where either one of these threads are please post em up!

I would not recommend the Motion Pro Sync-Pro. You can use it to balance but it won't tell you if the vacuum is in spec. I used the inexpensive ABN 4 analog vacuum gauge sold on Amazon. A manometer that is calibrated to measure the exact vacuum is probably the best tool to use.
