Yeah, let's total 4 cop cars. kill a few people and get the chopper involved and do a pit maneuver and cripple the dude or kill him. to catch someone that ain't even speeding. You can see in most of the vid, he's only going maybe 40-50mph. Cops love a chase, it breaks the hohum boredom and gives them the ok to run the crap out of their cars legally.
