AMA expresses outrage over reinstatement of Janklow's law license

The American Motorcyclist Association has expressed its outrage over a decision by the South Dakota Supreme Court to reinstate the law license of former Congressman Bill Janklow, who was convicted of felony manslaughter in the traffic death of a motorcyclist in 2003.

newmill I agree but he is not accused he is:

convicted of second-degree manslaughter, reckless driving, speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign in the death of motorcyclist Randy Scott, 55

and he should be in jail and paying up the you know what for his crime.

AMA Justice For All Campaign

I read recently that they're collecting signatures from bikers/cyclists to get the penalties increased in Colorado for motorists who hit/kill motorcyclists due to cellphone use or just plain old bad driving.

Of course, in this case, because of the "good ole boys" that wouldn't have helped. I don't see any equal justice in this whatsoever. It's time to kick out the corrupt judges and install somone who isn't owned by the government/big business.
 
I'm sold. I'm sending some cash to the AMA.

Probably a letter to the S.D. congress, regardless of my lack of being a resident of the state.
