i found a great deal on an exhaust on psychobike. a ti-force in "mint condition" $400 tmd.. just 1 "flat spot". there's pics too. i go get my postal mo, send it in. i'm eargerly watching the tracking. i wanted it sent to no limit motors, in tomball, tx.
i check 1 day, get a msg "this item is undeliverable to zip 77084"
wtf? that's the wrong zip! i ask seller, he says he's is afghan, his wife must've sent it to my mo addy. yet i was home that day. i would've accepted it, whatever.
so it goes back to carolina, then back to me (this has taken nearly a month)
i open the box.
the can is discolored.
1 of the rings the springs hook to is ground away.
speaking of springs, there's like 3-4 missing, as are the bolts that hold it to the head.
i send him a msg regarding the condition.
he says he wasn't present when it was taken off the bike, he's in afghan.
send it back, he'll refund my $....
i go to the post office. in an attempt to save a little coin, i wanna ship the slow boat, but still have ins. i look at the old shipping label. it says they paid $54. there's priority tape on the box. but the post office wont ship non priority with those labels intact. so do i rip that crap off, then get back in line for another 15 minutes? no, i'll just take the screwing.
they calculate my return shipping.
incredibly it comes out even higher!
