Doyle and I have been working on his bike for the last year and I don't always update you folks. Sometimes I get busy, sometimes I forget and sometimes I wonder if anyone is watching.

At any I bought these off of eBay.

I did some measuring, some fitting and some programming and I was able whittle these out of aluminum on the CNC

I tore down the calipers and rebuilt them

Had them powder coated

And ended up with a bike that stops as fast as it goes.

Pretty serious stuff! How did you come up with the design of the brackets, and especially the forces they'll experience under braking?

I used what most consider an aero space aluminum 7075 not what most use which is 6061. Second every thing that bolts up or has holes is as thick or thicker than what it would bolt to in OEM situation. Add to the fact that it's billet and not cast and it's stronger than an OEM application and high stencil strength bolts.

That's some serious stuff. Awesome work!
