I am speechless right now after seeing and reading this, so I will just try to type something meaningful.

First off I never ever thought I would win,I signed up because, I thought it would be a great way to compare ourselves on a national level.

I wish to thank Charlesbusa for taking the time to keep score and manage the challenge.

Living in my very rural area of Vt was the true kicker though.

Seeing there are no police to worry about, I am able to rack up mileage a little quicker than your average interstate highway on our little secondary roads.

Plus it is at least 25 to 30 miles minimum to do, go ,or see anybody or anything,which is another plus for adding miles.

The sheer joy of riding all those miles is my true reward here though.

This simple acknowledgement makes all the time cleaning the bike, maintaining the chain, purchasing tires a doing everything else needed to ride safely seem so worth it.

Thank you one and all for participating and lets see if someone can break the 20K barrier next year.

Congrats to Timmyduck! Now for his shirt, I understand he likes them to fit so they hang down to his feet. Better send him one like what is hanging on the rafters of the CROT at deals gap. I think it's a XXXXXlarge!

i broke the top 50

...not bad for two months...it's great to know there are others out there that are just as messed up as me

...i catch so much grief from all the hardley riders i still ride with that it is good to come here and be with friends that share the love of riding and not of being seen...thanks to all of you

p.s. i am going to be competing from the beginning next year so i hope to place a little higher
