The ole fast blinkers

Since I'm getting the HMF high mount I've decided to chop the blinkers and hook up my hightech speed blinkers (LED) What kind of resistor or electrical gadget can I get from Radio shack to slow my blinkers from flashing at warp speed to something slower. I'm also a little green in this are and I'll need to know where to put the resistor at in the wires, I know I'll need one for each side, I did a search and figured that much out.

You will need Load Equalizers or some type of relay.
I went with the equalizers and they work just fine.

Have the same problem with my TopGun, just never done anything about it yet.
