The big ride starts tomorrow! MI to NC and back!

The Busa is loaded up, tank bag, tail bag, saddle bags.

It's carrying about 75% of the gear since wifey's Sporty only has saddle bags.

Michigan to West Virginia the first day. West Virginia to Statesville, North Carolina the second. Stay in Statesville for a week, ride back.

New tires, freshly tuned.

We leave tomorrow at 9:00am!

Sounds fun....highway or backroads?

A bit of both.

US-23 (highway) to the Ohio Turnpike (more highway) to Ohio 250 (back road) to US 77 (highway - but with great views through the mountains).

The Sporty does OK on the highway (it's a 1200), and the Busa will shrug off the added weight and highway miles like water off a duck's back, so we're golden either way.
