the "ABC"s of fuel economy

Greetings all-

please forgive me if this question has been posed before, but does anyone know if fuel economy is improved by riding on the "C" engine power setting?

Thanks!

Hi first post! I can tell a huge difference between A and C modes. On the highway riding I average between 45 and 50mpg switching to A mode seems to use alot more fuel. Ive never checked it but its horrible compared to C mode.

Fuel economy? It's all in your riding style. You can go into the "C" mode and ride it like you stole it, and have abysmal mileage, or ride conservatively in "A" mode and have phenomenal mileage.

Leave it in "A" mode, and ENJOY it.

No matter what I do I get better mileage on my busa then I do in either of my other vehicles. As long as the mileage stays over 15mpg I am happy.
